5th Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival

Georgia ForestWatch has teamed up with our friends at Upper Chattahoochee Riverkeeper and Georgia River Network to present an afternoon of award-winning environmental films!

The Wild & Scenic Film Festival is the largest environmental film festival in North America, and 2012 will mark its fifth consecutive year in Atlanta. With a growing public awareness for the environment, the Wild & Scenic Film Festival aims to increase this groundswell through inspiring and educational films which hopefully will motivate people to go out and make a difference in their community and around the world. --READ MORE

Georgia ForestWatch seeks Executive Director

Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachians Mountains, Georgia ForestWatch
is the leading non-profit environmental organization dedicated to preserving, protecting and restoring the 867,000-acre Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests. Based in Ellijay Georgia, the region supports a broad array of recreational opportunities, including hiking, fishing, mountain biking, canoeing and wildlife viewing.
